Expenses payment deadlines for Summer 2026 Project Participants:
- Oct 2025 £50 – as a guarantee of serious interest.
- 30th Dec 2025 + £400 – to cover flight deposit and insurance.
- 28th Feb 2026 + £400 – to show you are making progress.
- 30th April 2026 + £850 in order that we can pay the full flight cost and prepare to transfer building money to our hosts. Essential to cover the full flight payment at this stage.
