Expenses payment deadlines for Summer 2027 Project Participants:
- Mid September 2026 £50 – as a guarantee of serious interest.
- 30th November 2026 + £500 – to cover flight deposit and insurance.
- 31st January 2027 + £500 – to show you are making progress.
- 30th April 2027 + £750 in order that we can pay the full flight cost and prepare to transfer building money to our hosts. Essential to cover the full flight payment at this stage.
Please note that when paid, amounts are non-refundable.
